- Shipping & Delivery
- Once your order has been invoiced and paid, the order will be shipped from our Sydney warehouse. If any items in your order are not available in stock you will be notified and can elect to receive partial delivery of your order or await for one shipping. If the order needs to be shipped in two parts, we will absorb the costs of the second shipment. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours and you will be notified if the order is delayed.
- Shipping methods
- Orders of 72 tshirts and above will be shipped via courier. Orders will 72 tshirts will be handled via Australia Post. This is due to a 20kg limit on all parcels. The total cost including shipping will be displayed during checkout and must be paid in full before the order can be processed. We do not offer pickup for orders smaller than 2000 in quantity.
- Ordering
- All orders are handled via the website and processed via credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. An invoice will be emailed to you with our full details, ABN and address.
- Returns
- Returns can be accepted if the goods are damaged. You will receive full credit of any funds transferred
- Web Security
- All sensitive communication is encrypted via 256 bit connection. No credit card information is stored on our servers and all payments are processed via a secure channel
