Return Handling Fees

Shipping Charges: The way it works for us is, each brand is stocked separately in a warehouse across Australia, with the majority located in and around Sydney. Each time you place an order with us, the items are dispatched from their respective warehouses and our website uses an algorithm to calculate the freight based on the items in you cart, the location of the warehouse and the delivery address. Thus delivery fees are applied per brand based on the number of garments being ordered from that brand. On certain brands such as Gildan and JB's Wear, we offer free shipping for orders above $600+GST (per brand) to certain post codes across Australia.

Delivery: We cannot guarantee a delivery time or date (even for express or next day orders) as once the garments leave the brands' warehouse, the delivery schedule is determined by the courier and are influenced by factors beyond our control. Should the courier try to deliver to your address and there is no one present a re-delivery fee will be charged.

Incorrect/Short Supply: Orders that have been supplied incorrectly or short supplied must be notified within 48hrs of delivery, failing which any such claim shall to the extent permitted by law be deemed to be waived by the Customer.

Returns: All returns or exchanges are charged a processing fee as per the brand's advertised fees detailed below plus a return delivery cost applicable on exchanges. Customers wishing to return goods must notify our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery of goods and the goods must be returned to the warehouse within 10 days of delivery of goods. Before any goods may be returned, customers must contact our customer service team for authorisation of a Goods Return Authority (“GRA”) number. Goods must be returned by and at the customer’s expense in their original packaging with a copy of the original invoice for the goods and the GRA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or other packaging in order for goods to be accepted by the warehouse staff. Goods returned without a GRA number cannot be accepted by warehouse staff. The issue of a GRA number and acceptance of returned goods by the Company’s staff does not constitute acceptance by the Company of the Customer’s claim for return.

Gildan: Gildan charge a return handling fee of $25+GST per order.

JB’s Wear: JB’s Wear charge a return handling fee of $15+GST per order.

Sportage: Sportage charge a return handling fee of 15%-20% of the value of goods being returned.

RAMO: RAMO charge a return handling fee of 15%-20% of the value of goods being returned.

Quoz: QUOZ charge a return handling fee of $15+GST per order.

KEYA: KEYA charge a return handling fee of 20% of the value of goods being returned.

Quoz: QUOZ charge a return handling fee of $15+GST per order.

Biz Collection: Biz collection charge a return handling fee of $1.50+GST per garment being returned.

Bocini: Bocini charge a return handling fee of $15+GST per order.

Bluewhale: Bluewhale may charge a return handing fee for garments being returned to the warehouse.

DNC Workwear: DNC Workwear may charge a return handing fee for garments being returned to the warehouse.

JJ Safety: JJ Safety may charge a return handing fee for garments being returned to the warehouse.

Tabookai: Tabookai charge a return handling fee of 15%-20% of the value of goods being returned.

Shiny: Orders under the value of $300 plus GST will incur $10 plus GST re-stocking fee. Orders returned over the value of $300 plus GST will incur 10% plus GST re-stocking fee.
