| Artwork - Raster | If supplying raster artwork (PSD/JPG/PNG etc), all artwork must be at 300DPI to the size you would like it printed. E.g; If you want a print 10cm x 10cm, make it 10cm x 10cm and 300DPI. |

Terms & Conditions
1) All orders will be printed as per a PDF mockup which must be approved by the customer in writing over email. Orders printed as per the mockup will strictly not be eligible for any discount/refund/exchange. Mockups are provided for approval of print design. The placement of the logo on the garment will vary, and is a general location only.
2) Printed garments cannot be reproduced as per the screen. There will be colour/shade/gradient differences between the mockup and the final printed garment.
3) Over or Under delivery of up to 5%(5 garments from 100) may occur, in case of under delivery you will be refunded the price of the garments.
4) We cannot offer reprints of missing or misprinted garments.
5) Customers must supply artwork in vector format or a high quality(300 DPI or more) raster format(JPG/PNG).
6) Any additions or changes to garment colour/sizes after order confirmation will incur additional charges.
7) Any deadlines for delivery of printed or blank garments must be communicated prior to payment of invoice by the customer. We will make an effort to ensure delivery on time, but as we are reliant on 3rd party services, such as couriers, we can never guarantee a delivery by a certain date.
8) All goods remain the property of Lancom Technology Solutions and ownership of all goods does not pass on until funds are received.
9) Orders once placed can only be cancelled before processing. Once an order is sent a warehouse for packing, it will attract an unpacking, re-stocking fee and freight fees if sent for decoration.
10) Claims for short or incorrect supply must be raised within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
